Kahite Amenities
Tellico Village has many amenities for its residents. Kahite is fortunate to have many of those amenities located within our neighborhood. The Tellico Village Information page lists additional amenities found in the Main Village a short 20 to 30 minute drive from Kahite.

The Mountain View Patio is an outdoor dining space adjacent to the Kahite Pub & Grill. It is also used as a gathering space for meetings and other casual gatherings.
The golf course cart paths (5.7 mile loop) are available for walking, jogging and biking during parkland hours. These are available early mornings and late evenings each day. More Info (parkland hours)
The Fitness Center features free weights, tread mills, ellipticals, bikes, and more. Recreation membership required. More Info

Our private streets permit us the privilege of commuting anywhere in the neighborhood by golf cart.

Picnic pavilion available for residents for larger gatherings (bench seating for 40). Public restrooms nearby.

Kahite has an EMR First Responder Team of volunteers who will come when a 911 call is placed. Fire service comes from our Hopewell VFD and Monroe County provides Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
